LUDLOW – Rowena Theriault, 74, died July 6, 2011, at a local hospital. She was born May 16, 1937, in Hammond Plantation, daughter of Charles and Mildred (Green) Clark.

Rowena is survived by two sons, Raymond Theriault of Mattawamkeag, Mark Theriault and his wife, Penni, of Princeton; seven daughters, Barbara Austin of Amity, Judy Hughes and her husband, James, of Houlton, Jane Theriault and Donna Theriault, both of Ludlow, Janice Tarr and her husband, Glenn, of New Limerick, Teresa Theriault and her friend, Keith Kitchen, of Masardis, Brenda Ross and her husband, Darren, of Bangor; 15 grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremy, Matthew, Kylie, Cynthia, Sheray, Rebecca, Abby, Kurtis, Laurie, Jason, Samantha, Johnathan, James and Julie; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lawrence Clark and his wife, Margaret, Elmer Clark and his wife, Bertha; sister-in-law, Nancy Clark; special friends, Eileen O’Donnell, Rusty and Anne Taylor; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Otis “Pete” Theriault; her brother, Clifford Clark; two sisters, Thelma Estabrook and Mary McSheffrey.

Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Ludlow Cemetery with the Rev. Randall Burns officiating. Friends may make gifts in Rowena’s memory to the charity of one’s choice, care of
