ENFIELD – Cassius E. Fall, 84, husband of Jeanette (White) Fall, passed away July 17, 2011, in Enfield. He was born June 24, 1927, in South Lincoln, son of Fred and Minnie (Ireland) Fall.

Cassius was a veteran of World War II. He was a wonderful man and a loving husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his wife, Jeanette, he is survived by a daughter, Eleanor McClay and her husband, James, of Smithfield; a son, Dale Fall andLuann, of Enfield; a grandson, James Joseph McClay IV and his fiance, Jaime; and a niece, Linda Register and her husband, Jim, of Winston-Salem, N.C. He also leaves behind many, many friends and acquaintances.

Friends may call 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Scott Taylor officiating.
