SOUTH HARPSWELL – Lilla Mae Davis, of Merriman Cove Road, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at Mid Coast Senior Health Care Center. She was born in Old Town, the daughter of Henry A. Jones and Ida M. Barker Jones.
She graduated from Stearns High School, Millinocket, and was the head accountant at Bangor Drug for 14 years. Lilla loved to read and do crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Robert L. Davis; a sister, Evelyn Kubicki of Bangor; a brother, William Colby of Harpswell; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St., Brunswick. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Elijah Kellogg Church, Harpswell Center, with the Rev.
