KNOXVILLE, Tenn., and PATTEN – Clara Pearl (Hall) Lawhorn, 76, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011, with her family at her side. Clara was born June 30, 1935, in Crystal, daughter of the late Ira and Martha Hall.
Clara was predeceased by her sister, Almeda Mckenny of Patten; and grandson, Carson Maxey of Knoxville, Tenn. Clara is survived by her husband, Quinton Lawhorn; children, Donna Wagoner of Knoxville, Tenn., Tammie Lindsey and her husband, Philip, of Knoxville, Tenn., and John Pratt and his wife, Michelle, of Nashville, Tenn.; brothers, Richard Hall and his wife, Marjorie, of Benedicta, David Hall and his wife, Gertrude, of Middletown, Conn., and Michael Hall and his wife, Patricia, of Corinth; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, at Highland Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with a funeral service beginning 8 p.m. Committal service for Mrs. Lawhorn will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Mausoleum Chapel.
