CUTLER – Richard Lawrence Landry Sr., 76, died Sept. 5, 2011. He was born Sept. 3, 1930, in Hampden.
Richard enjoyed going to Machias Bay Seafood and visiting the guys. He enjoyed feeding and watching his beloved animals of birds, racoons, cats and dog, Bailey, until her death.
In addition to his parents, Richard was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine; brother-in-law, Richard Ramsdell; son, Howard Ramsdell; and two grandsons, Richie Landry and Todd Douglas. Richard is survived by his daughters, Linda and husband, Dan Boone, of Bangor, Juanita and husband, Dennis Boyd, of Cutler, Patricia and husband, Lou Breton, of New Hampshire and Lisa and husband, Andy Seeley, of Eastport; sons, Randy and wife, Brenda Ramsdell, of East Machias and Richard L. Landry Jr. and wife, Joyce, of East Machias; and grandchildren, Christopher Douglas, William, Michael and David Colby, Ashley and Chelsea Ackley, Kelli Kilton and Shayna Ramsdell and Donn and Eddie Landry, Kisten Kilton, Trent and Angelina Douglas.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Ramsdell Cemetery, Route 191, Holmes Bay, Whiting, with Pastor Ralph Ackley officiating. Arrangements are in care of McClure Family Funeral Services, Machias and Lubec.
