NEWPORT – Doris May Richardson, 65, died unexpectedly Sept. 8, 2011, at her residence. She was born March 10, 1946, in Rockport, daughter of John and Edna (White) Rolfe.
She graduated from Dexter High School and was employed at Dexter Shoe Co.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Richardson Sr., Feb. 20, 2007. She is survived by her son, Ron Jr. of Sebec; a daughter, Sheri Reese of Georgia; three brothers, Harold Rolfe of Sangerville, Edward Rolfe of Windsor and Robert Clemons of Pittsfield; three sisters, Margaret Davis of Dexter, Nellie Tibbetts and Helen Garland, both of Newport; and six grandchildren.
