FORT FAIRFIELD – Brenda T. (Beaulieu) Wing, 59, passed away Tuesday morning, Oct. 11, 2011, at a Bangor health care facility, after a brief illness. She was born Sept. 22, 1952, in Guerette, daughter of Stanley and Florence (Bard) Ouellette.

She attended Fort Fairfield schools and was a graduate of Presque Isle High School. Brenda had been employed at the former Fort Fairfield Community General Hospital in their housekeeping department for several years. She became a resident of New Britain, Conn., in 1994, where she was employed as a dialysis technician at New Britain General Hospital, returning to Fort Fairfield in 2005, where she was a communicant of Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Denis Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was predeceased by her first husband, Roger Beaulieu, Nov. 12, 1993. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Heather Berry, currently stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and William Berry of Van Buren; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Stanley and Carol Ouellette of Derby, N.Y., James and Candi Ouellette of Russell, N.Y., Gerry and Cindy Ouellette of Norway, Maine, and Patrick and Sheila Ouellette of New Britain, Conn.; two sisters and brother-in-law, Jackie and Roger Condon of Easton, and Tammy French of Fort Fairfield; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly remembered by two special friends, Freda and Theresa Saucier, both of Fort Fairfield.

Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, where a vigil service will be conducted 7:30 p.m. by the Rev. Jean-Paul Labrie. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Denis Catholic Church, 147 Main St., Fort Fairfield, with the Rev. Jean-Paul Labrie, celebrant. Interment will take place after the service at St. Denis Catholic Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. A time of continued fellowship with refreshments will be held immediately after the interment service at Veterans of Foreign Wars Paul Lockhart Post No. 6187, Presque Isle Street, Fort Fairfield. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute in memory of Brenda to American Lung Association of Maine, 122 State St., Augusta, ME 04330. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
