NAPLES, N.Y. – Ramona “Bobbie” (Bird) Belonga, 85, died Oct. 2, 2011, at Clifton Springs Nursing Home, Clifton Springs, N.Y.
Bobbie enjoyed singing, bird watching and volunteering.
She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Jr.; and sister, Shirley Bird. She is survived by her children, Benjamin III and Becky, Dr. Valerie and Denis O’Brien, and Paul and Betsey; her brother, Dr. Forrest and Pamela Bird; sister-in-law, Eva (Belonga) Bauer; three nieces, three nephews, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours or service. Contributions in her memory may be made to Clifton Springs Nursing Home, 2 Coulter Road, Clifton Springs, NY 14432 or Alzheimer’s Association. Funeral arrangements have been made with Cheney Funeral Home, 70 Main St., Phelps, N.Y.
