EAGLE LAKE – Peter A. Marzano, 80, died peacefully Oct. 20, 2011, in Eagle Lake. He was born Nov. 11, 1930, in Waterbury, Conn., the son of Joseph and Anna (Dvarskas) Marzano.
Peter was a past member of Elks Club, Naugatuck, Conn., and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Waterbury, Conn. He also was the past post commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Eagle Lake.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Edwina (Errichetto) Marzano; one son, David C. Marzano and his companion, Vicky Avens, all of Eagle Lake; and one brother, Joseph Marzano and his family of California.
A Mass of Christian burial will full military honors will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake, with the Rev. James Albert officiating. At the families request, in lieu of flowers, donations of one’s choice may be made in Peter’s memory. Arrangements are being conducted by Daigle Funeral Home, 14 East Main St., Fort Kent.
