CARIBOU – Theresa Thibodeau-Perreault, 80, died Oct. 21, 2011, at a Van Buren health care facility. She was born Sept. 19, 1931, in Limestone, the daughter of Leo and Alice (Jandreau) Cowett.
Theresa worked her whole life raising her family and supporting the family business.
Theresa was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. She was a member of Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church and was a charter member of Caribou Lioness Club. Theresa was an avid crafts lady.
She is survived by three sons, Rodney, Jeffrey and William Jr. Thibodeau, all of Caribou; two daughters, Lonnie Doody and Permilla Clowes, both of Caribou; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and five stepchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, William Thibodeau; her second husband, Victor Perreault; and a son, David Thibodeau.
Friends may call 10 a.m. until time of services Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday from the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will take place at New Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. For an online register, please go to
