HODGDON – Georgina A. (Graham) Estabrook, 90, passed away peacefully Oct. 28, 2011, with her family by her side. She was born April 29, 1921, in Houlton, daughter of George and Flora (MacDonald) Graham.

Georgina grew up in Houlton and graduated from Houlton High School. She was employed by Tingley’s Bakery and also worked many years alongside her husband and best friend, “Bud,” on their family farm. In her later years she enjoyed extensive traveling with her two daughters on many cruises, to their home in Florida and eventually to Scotland, which was her mother’s homeland.

Georgina leaves behind her daughter, Cathy Fawcett and her husband, Michael; a special nephew, who was like a son to her, Joel Graham; many other special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Bud; infant son, Peter; daughter, Vicki; two brothers, Arthur and Jack; and special niece, who was like a third daughter, Bonnie (Graham) McKay.

A celebration of Georgina’s life will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, at Military Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Randall Burns officiating.
