PRESQUE ISLE – Darlene Marie Blair, 59, formerly of Ashland, died Monday morning Nov. 21, 2011, at a Presque Isle hospital. She was born Sept. 12, 1952, in Presque Isle, daughter of Cliff and Hilda (Clark) Spooner.
She is survived by two sons, Rodney Blair and his wife, Sheila, of Presque Isle, and Travis Blair and his wife, Jamie, of Ashland; daughter, Raylene Blair and her fiance, Doug Jencks, of Washburn; brother, Mark Spooner of Presque Isle; two stepsisters, Sharon Spooner of Florida and Lois Stoddard of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and her companion, Vince Pelletier of Fort Fairfield. She was predeceased by her husband, Rodney Blair, in 2000.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle, with Pastor Nathan Gardiner officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at
