PORTLAND, Maine — Portland police made yet another arrest at the OccupyMaine encampment at Lincoln Park over the weekend, Lt. Gary Rogers said Monday.
Kenneth Hubble, a 47-year-old transient, was arrested 1:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with criminal threatening after he threatened to punch another protester.
