BANGOR – Rosalie A. Tracy, 73, passed from this world Dec. 6, 2011, surrounded by family and friends, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born Sept. 25, 1938, in Bangor, the daughter of Winfred C. and Santina (Puiia) Kelley.

In addition to her parents, Rosalie was predeceased by infant sons, Charles and Raymond. She is survived by three sons, Thomas of Spokane, Wash., Timothy and wife, Connie, of Carmel and David of Spokane, Wash.; one daughter, Deborah Willman and husband, Curt, of Deer Park, Wash.; three granddaughters, Melissa Shirley, Amanda Wanker and Amy Wanker-Kober and her husband, Nick, all of Spokane Wash.; three great-grandsons, Riley Wanker, Owen Holland and Bevvon Wanker, all of Spokane, Wash.; special cousin, Charles Kelley and his wife, Candy, of Carmel; longtime spiritual family, Joseph and Dorothy Barbee of Milford and Archie and Dawna Woodward of Bangor; as well as several cousins. The family extends a special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph Hospital for their care and kindness to Rosalie during her illness.

Those who wish to remember Rosalie may do so in their own special way. Interment will be in the family lot at North Carmel Cemetery, Carmel.
