BLUE HILL – Vergelia Gertrude Gray, 91, died Dec. 21, 2011, at Blue Hill Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1920, in Penobscot, the daughter of Harvey P. and Laura B. (Gray) Staples.
She is survived by six nieces and nephews; and a dear friend, Lew Hutchins. She was predeceased by her husband, Alton R. Gray; son, Theodore E. Gray; and sister, Nora Grindle.
