BANGOR – Rogan-Lee Maynard Dunton, was born Dec. 9, 2011, was taken from his Mommy and Daddy’s arms and returned to God, Dec. 30, 2011. He was the angelic son of Willie Lee Dunton and Sarah Ann Ashmore-Dunton. After 14 long hours of waiting for our precious baby to arrive and throughout the 21 short days we were lucky enough to spend with him, Rogan brought so much joy into so many lives. Every second spent with him will be a treasured memory in his parents’ hearts, as well as all of the many people who loved him. Although you were taken from us way too soon, we have to believe deeply that God needed you more than we did, Little Man. We know that you are safe in heaven with Papa Dunton, Great Grampy and Grammy Ireland, and mommy’s best friend, Jessica Lee Lazore and, of course, God. Your perfect little face, tiny hands and feet will forever be in our memories and you were very much loved, very sadly missed and will forever be in our hearts.Along with his parents, Rogan is survived by his sister, Madison and brother, Kristian; Papa and Mammy Dunton, Meme Ireland, Grampy and Grammy Ashmore, Grammy and Grampy Willey, many great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins; one very special auntie, Mandi-Lee; and a very special family friend, Lewis Boyce. A service honoring Rogan’s life will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012 at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where family and friends may visit from noon until time of service.
