OKEECHOBEE, Fla. – Lois Irene Jardine, 86, passed away Feb. 15, 2012, among her friends and “family” at Okeechobee Health Care Facility. She was born March 21, 1925, in Washburn, to Richard and Kate Porter.
Mrs. Jardine was predeceased by her husband, Gerald S. Jardine; daughter, Lucinda Hamilton-Smith; grandson, Scott Hamilton-Smith; and other beloved family members. She is survived by her great-granddaughter, Amber Hamilton-Smith of Fort Pierce, Fla.; nieces, nephews and friends.
