GARLAND – Neal P. Russell, 54, son of William and Josephine Russell, who was born Oct. 3, 1957, died Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, with his longtime companion, Angie R. Quimby, by his side, at his home, after a short battle with cancer.
He is survived by three daughters, one sister, two brothers, one granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. Neal will be missed by all who knew him.
