HOWLAND – Tracy Lynn McPhee, 44, passed away unexpectedly March 7, 2012, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born Jan. 28, 1968, in Cleveland, the daughter of Dale N. McPhee and Susan A. (Russell) Batchelder.

Tracy grew up in Greenbush. She graduated high school in 1986. Tracy was a very hard worker who spent many long hours training her Labrador retrievers, who she took much pride in. She also worked as a certified nurse’s aide helping many disabled people throughout the years. She was a member of Penobscot Hunting Retriever Club and Guns Up Hunting Retriever Club.

Tracy is survived by her mother, Susan; two children, John Southard and Mandy Southard and her significant other, George Ressler; a stepdaughter, Christen Bouchard; three grandchildren, Kaylee Southard, Brook Southard and Abigail Ressler; a sister, Audrey Wood and her husband, Jeremy; brother, Dale Batchelder and his wife, Wendy; two nephews, Jake and Josh Wood; and two nieces, Laura and Sandy Batchelder. She will be sadly missed by her best friend, her dog, Lily. She was predeceased by her father, Dale; and a stepfather, Roger Batchelder.
