SACO, Maine — Police say excessive speed and improper passing appear to be contributing factors in a crash that killed a 30-year-old Maine man.
Officials say Bradford Ferguson of Old Orchard Beach was killed at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday when his utility truck crashed into trees and rolled onto its side on Jenkins Road in Saco.
Police told the Portland Press Herald that witnesses said Ferguson’s truck passed two cars in a 40 mph, no-passing zone just before the crash.
