LINCOLN – Norma D. Hanscom, 92, wife of the late Kenneth Hanscom, passed away April 30, 2012, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Dec. 12, 1919, in Lincoln, the daughter of George and Gladys (Buzzell) Stevenson.

Norma was a past officer of Mattanawcook Grange, Pomona Grange and State Grange. She was also a past officer of Order of the Eastern Star, and was a longtime member of Lincoln Business and Professional Women’s Club and Lincoln Congregational Church.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth and Donna; a granddaughter, Regina Batchelder and Ted Osnoe; a grandson, Kenneth III and Angie; great-granddaughter, Jaimee Batchelder; two great-grandsons, Jordan and Cody Hanscom; a brother-in-law, Raleigh Hanscom and Judy; a sister-in-law, Rolande Stevenson; a niece, Karen Plumb and her family; and her best friend, Phyllis Banks.

Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at First Congregational Church of Lincoln with the Rev.
