Thursday’s events will be at Sanford’s Central Park at 8 a.m.; Biddeford’s Mechanics Park at 9:30 a.m.; Portland’s Deering Oaks Park at 11 a.m.; Wiscasset Town Hall at 1:15 p.m.; and Waterville’s Old Post Office at 3:30 p.m.
