BREWER – Tamara Lee “T” “Shorty” Laird, 32, died May 8, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at a Bangor hospital, after a courageous battle with kidney disease. She was born Dec. 2, 1979, in Bangor.
Tamara is survived by her mother, Joanna Featheringill and stepfather, Jeffrey Featheringill, of Brewer; two children, Dustin Harley Maynard and Devon Kane Maynard; three brothers, Adam, Phillip and Marc; one stepbrother, Nick Perry; maternal grandmother, Caroline Laird; paternal grandfather, Joseph Mizda; paternal great-grandmother, Dolores Tanjuatco; aunts, uncles; a special niece, Ashley; and other nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Tamara’s life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at Lighthouse Church of God, 696 River Road, Orrington, with Pastor John Ouellette presiding, followed by conversation and refreshments.
