SANFORD, Maine — Sanford police are seeking the public’s help in their effort to find a 27-year-old man believed to be frequenting the Biddeford-Sanford area.
Raymond Johnson is the subject of active warrants for robbery, domestic violence assault and domestic violence stalking, according to a news release issued Wednesday afternoon by Detective Sgt. Matthew Jones of the Sanford Police Department.
Johnson is 6 feet tall, weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a prominent tattoo on his neck of the name “Alexia,” Jones said.
Johnson has made threats of violence toward the police and continues to terrorize the victim of the crimes for which he is wanted, police said.
The suspect may be armed and should be considered dangerous, Jones said. The public should use caution and not approach Johnson but rather call 911 to report any sightings.
Anyone with information as to Johnson’s whereabouts should notify the Sanford Regional Communications Center at 324-9170. The Sanford Police Department’s confidential tip line can be accessed by calling that number and pressing 4.

The neck tattoo made him do it.
Neck tattoos are a sure sign of gainful employment and a classy individual.
I know several people with tat’s on their necks who are some of the kindest individuals that you would ever meet. They volunteer in the community and are hard workers who are employed.
Yes there are exceptions, like not everyone with a moustache is a pornographer, but more often than not that is the case.
Next hot day look for a guy wearing a turtle neck.
Woman beater, no doubt.
