ARUNDEL, Maine — Police are on the lookout for a man they say robbed the Infinity Credit Union in Arundel on Tuesday morning.

A white male around 6 feet tall wearing a mask brandished a weapon and demanded cash, York County Major William King said Wednesday.

King said the suspect escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash and nobody was injured in the robbery. Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts should call the York County Sheriff’s Office at 324-1113.

  1. BDN, you’ve outdone yourself w/that headline.  Were the readers to assume the robber escaped with “checks made out to him?”

      1. That’s the original one, proud.  I was simply poking fun at BDN because the idea that the robber
took cash seemed so obvious to me.  Of course there ARE stupid crooks who might have wanted checks, instead.  LOL
