BANGOR, Maine — A local woman out on bail first was warned to calm down by police who went to the The Charles Inn-Big Easy Lounge downtown early Tuesday and after refusing was arrested, Bangor police Sgt. Paul Edwards said.
Tisha Kuchinski, 26, refused to leave the inn and employees called police about 12:30 a.m. When Officer Kyle Pelkey arrived, Kuchinski started yelling at him, Edwards said.
“She was asked to calm down and she wouldn’t,” the sergeant said.
Kuchinski was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and for violating her bail conditions. She was taken to Penobscot County Jail and remained there Tuesday, Edwards said.
Kuchinski was living in Brewer in December when she was convicted of false public alarm or report and ordered to pay a $250 fine, according to court listings in the Bangor Daily News.

Not calming down is not a crime …
… and it is not what she was arrested for.
Dumb headline
12:30 pm Tuesday? That time hasn’t even arrived yet….the story was posted at 11:16 am Tuesday…
The BDN can predict the future now.
Maybe a typo and they meant A.M.???
This is a mistake and will be corrected. Thanks.

It is kind of a big deal. The proprietors of The Charles Inn are wonderful people. There’s no need to act the fool. Go out and have fun. Be a lover, not a fighter.
Not too much anyone can do. Other than jail, it’s dependent upon her to seek advice she obviously feels she doesn’t need.
