AUGUSTA, Maine — Brig. Gen. Brent M. Boyles, assistant adjutant general for the Maine Army National Guard has announced the promotion of Sgt. James Gillway Jr., East Orland, 1136 Transportation Company.
Gillway was promoted to the rank in May.
