BANCROFT – Una Rose (Caron) Durham, 90, passed away peacefully June 12, 2012, at the home of her family in Carmel. She was born Aug. 14, 1921, in Wytopitlock, daughter of John A. and Alice (Kinney) Caron of Bancroft.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, William Durham; and son, William Durham Jr. She is survived by five children, Rose Bivona, Carolyn Crawford, James and Maggie Durham, Jane and Pat Howell, and Sarah and Wallace Richardson; seven grandchildren, Robert Bivona, Misty Rice, Vanessa and Brad McMurtry, Patrick and April Howell, Melissa Howell, Christopher and Lola Richardson, and Caron and Pei-Hsin Kuo; and eight great-grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Robert Bivona, Riley Rice, Katelyn McMurtry, Lauren Kuo, Caron, Kynlee and Karolyn Richardson.

Una celebrated a long and joyful life living in different areas of the world with her family. Una was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be sorely missed by everyone whose life she had touched. Nana was well loved because she loved well.

Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 1 p.m. Friday at St. James Catholic Church, Kingman. Interment will be at Danforth Cemetery. Those who wish may sign an online register and leave written condolences at
