BANGOR – Joyce M. Lavway went to heaven June 10, 2012. She was born May 20, 1937, in Fairfield, daughter of Clyde and Rosalyn Webber, and was raised in Benton.
She had a sparkling and colorful personality that will be missed.
Surviving are her sisters, Scottie Leighton and Tonja Huff; children, Mick and Noreen York, Tina York, Peter York, Janet and Doug Cyr, Adrian and Lori Roy, Mark McFarland and Michael McFarland; grandchildren, Rachel, Tina, Caitlin, Gabe, Autumn, Sam, Angela and Mike; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. June 24 at Beacon of Hope Church of God, Bangor.
