AUGUSTA — Pvt. Caleb Charrier, a power generation repairer with the 136th Engineer Company located in Skowhegan, was promoted to the rank of private first class on Friday, June 1, the first day of the unit’s Annual Training.
Charrier of Skowhegan, was promoted under the “Stripes for Buddies” program when he referred a friend to the join the Army National Guard.
