SKOWHEGAN, Maine — A Harmony man was indicted by a grand jury Monday on charges of arson and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, according to police.

Stacy Lee Gourley, 43, had been arrested on Feb. 9 after he set fire to a house after a dispute with the homeowner. Nobody was injured in the blaze.

An arrest warrant subsequently was served for Gourley. Cpl. Eugene Cole of the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office took Gourley into custody just after 5 p.m. Monday.

Gourley was taken to the Somerset County Jail in Madison, where he remains on $5,000 bail, according to Cole. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the Class A arson charge.
