HAMPDEN – Kimmy Murchison passed away unexpectedly June 29, 2012. She was born Sept. 15, 1935, in Japan.
Kim met her husband, Lloyd Murchison, during his tour with the Marine Corps. They fell in love and married in 1960 and returned to the States. Kim loved cooking, gardening, and taking care of her husband and dog. She was well known for baking and making gifts for all.
Kim is survived by her husband, Lloyd Murchison; and sister-in-law, Myra Dobson. She had no biological children but considered her nieces and nephew, Wilma Gilmore, Emily Kirby, Amber Wilcoxson and George Pizzutillo, her children and grandchildren. There are many other nieces and nephews that she loved.
