BANGOR, Maine — A man who was out for a walk on Ohio Street on Thursday morning was summoned for allegedly exposing himself, according to police.
Bradley Cooper, 36, of Bangor is facing a charge of public indecency after residents reported him exposing himself near the corner of Ohio and Cottage Streets, Bangor police Sgt. Garry Higgins said.
Higgins said Cooper was walking along the sidewalk on Ohio Street when he exposed himself. He was not arrested.
Send him down to Farmington. Might as well keep all these guys down there in one place.

First of all the Bangor Daily news should report the facts not just a headline to get people to read the article. If the headline had read, Bangor man summonds for urinating in public” barely anyone would click on it therefore the writer would not get recognized. They decide to make it look like the guy is a podophile who exposed his penis to women/children in a sexual manner. This gets the readers to click the article.
I do know this person and I can tell you that his problems are a failed mental health system. This person is not a pedophile, sex addict nor did he expose himself in a sexual gesture. He in a bad state of mental health/medical help who urinated in public. Should not make fun of a situation. Should pay it forward. The next time you see him wandering aimlessly in the street, help him to find his way home for that’s probably what he has forgotten. It’s called a brain injury people, not a mental case pulling his privates out.

The man clearly needs help. The good people of our city, will eventually take care of this poor soul. Sad.
OK, I’m confused. It first says he was “summoned for allegedly exposing himself”. Then at the end it says “he was not arrested”. Is anybody else out there confused?
Summonsed to court on these charges does not mean he had to be arrested at the time of the crime
