SCARBOROUGH, Maine — Scarborough police are looking for a man they believe installed a small camera on his shoe to look up women’s skirts.
The Scarborough Police Department issued a statement Monday announcing that officers responded to a report last month of suspicious activity at the Scarborough Walmart.
“Several females reported a male walking around the store with a small camera on the tip of his shoe, which he was using to look up their skirts,” the statement, posted on the department Facebook page, read in part.
The suspect is a white male with no hair on his head, according to Scarborough police. He was wearing a green polo shirt and shorts on the day of the complaints, which were called in on July 16.
Police are asking anyone with knowledge of the man’s identity to contact Detective Eric Greenleaf at 730-4314 or the anonymous crime tip hotline at 730-4200, ext. 3093.
He ought to be arrested for having any attraction to Maine women ;)

(((((My attempt at humor once again))))) Went to a wedding once and asked this young lady in her 20’s to dance. She accepted, she was wearing a short but conservative dress and was easy on the eyes.. While dancing i happened to look down at my brand new shiny black patent leather shoes and saw something quite disturbing.. I asked her if she was wearing panties, to which she replied. No. I was relieved and told her, thank god i thought i had a crack in my brand new patent leather shoes..

The boys I went to school with used to use yoyo’s to lift the skirts of us girls. We started wearing shorts so they couldn’t see anything. This guy really needs to grow up. It’s a third and fourth grade thing.

Whether or not this guy is white is highly questionable by the looks of this photo. Looks to me like a mixed race individual and we’va all learned from Barack Obama that if a person is half-white and half-black then they are really black. To me, the guy in the picture looks like a light skinned black guy. But of course the rule of half and half means black only applies if the person is in a position of authority or has done something good. If a half and half person has does something illegal or immoral, in those cases the person is considered white.
