CRYSTAL – Sally Flannery, 64, died Aug. 17, 2012, in Millinocket. She was born Sept. 4, 1947, in Island Falls, the daughter of Wayne and Eva (Varney) Hulbert.
Sally’s hobbies were her grandchildren and she loved all kids. She enjoyed bird hunting, fishing and staying at camp.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, John Flannery of Crystal; three children, John Flannery Jr. “JC” of Crystal and Lauri and Mike Flannery of New Hampshire; five grandchildren, Dennis, Nik, Chris, Cadin and Ebon; one sister, Carolyn, who loved her very much, and her husband, Dennis Ryan, of Patten; several nieces, nephews and cousins; the daughter she never had, Karla Hall; she was favorite Tauntie to Nik, Jack and Allie Ryan; and many close friends.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Patten Cemetery with the Rev. David Dryenforth officiating.
