WATERVILLE AND PRESQUE ISLE – Yvonne M. Beaulieu, 87, passed away suddenly Aug. 30, 2012, at Inland Hospital, Waterville, with her loving daughter, Tyline Forbes and son, Todd Beaulieu, at her side, while her other children, Bryon, Patricia and Stephen were in route from Oregon, California and Tennessee. She was born Oct. 17,1924, in Washburn, the daughter of Frank T. and Madeline (Brown) Lavway..
Yvonne is survived by her six children, 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren – all who loved and adored their Nana! Her remaining siblings are her brothers, Laurence Lavway and his wife, Gertrude, of Bear, Del., and John Lavway and his wife, Rose, of Washburn; and sister, Elizabeth Umphrey and her husband, Jasper, of Washburn. She was predeceased by her daughter, Doris Carrier of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Harold Lavway and Clair Lavway; and her sister, Alice Kenney.
There will be a private service Monday for the family at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle. A graveside service will be held noon Tuesday, Sept. 4, at Hillside Cemetery, Crouseville, with the Rev. Otto Palmer officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com.
