BANGOR, Maine — A Glenburn man who was yelling and screaming at staff at Diamonds Gentleman’s Club on Tuesday afternoon was asked to leave and given a warning that if he returned he would be arrested, according to Bangor police Sgt. Paul Edwards.

Stephen Boutin, 24, told police at about 4:45 p.m. that he understood the warning, “then he went back in and was arrested,” the sergeant said.

Before police arrived, Boutin was “yelling and carrying on. He was being obnoxious,” Edwards said. “He was being disorderly with staff and they asked him to leave and he went outside,” where responding officers found him and gave him the warning.

Boutin was taken to Penobscot County Jail and remained there at noon Wednesday, a jail official said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)

  1. So it ends up being a pretty costly night out at the strip club for him. Do you think he saw anything worth that much trouble?
