BELFAST AND PORTLAND – William “Bill” J. Goguen, beloved son, brother and uncle, passed away Oct. 6, 2012.
Bill graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in engineering. He pursued many things and became a published author. Flying was another of his passions. Being a generous person, his last action was to donate his organs so that two people have better lives. You left us too soon and will be missed.
