ZEPHYRHILLS, FLA. – Ruth Rachael (Brannen) Cooley, 95, formerly of Dexter, passed Nov. 22, 2012, in Zephyrhills, Fla. Ruth was born April 28, 1917, to Carrie and William Brannen.
Ruth was employed by and then retired from Fayscott, Dexter. She enjoyed dancing, traveling the world, and visiting with family and friends.
Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Charles Cooley; and her son, Ronald Cooley. She is survived by two brothers and four sisters, as well as by her daughter-in-law, Lomond Cooley of Zephyrhills, Fla.; her grandson, Kevin Cooley of Tennessee; her granddaughter, Darlene Mogul of Bangor; and great-granddaughters, Taylor Mogul and Jules Mogul of Bangor.
Ruth will be cremated. At her request, there will be no funeral service.
