FRYEBURG, Maine — Four local people were arrested Thursday morning in connection with the theft of a firearm from a Fryeburg home.
The firearm was recovered when police arrested Tyler S. Judyski, 24, on one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and Nathan J. Rivers, 22, on charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and trafficking in dangerous knives.
Police were executing a search warrant at 524 West Fryeburg Road, where both men were living, when they saw a car driven by Rivers pull up to the house and then continue driving.
Officer Richard Murray, officer Mark Dyer, officer Stephen Witham and officer Michelle Legare left the home and pursued the vehicle.
They stopped the car and found Rivers and Judyski in possession of the gun. Murray said Rivers also had an illegal knife when he was arrested.
Two others were arrested later Thursday morning at 60 Maple St. in connection with the burglary. Arielle Nagy, 24, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and violating conditions of release. Corey Warren, 27, was arrested on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and theft. He was in possession of hypodermic needles.
Murray said the two were dating.
Murray said Thursday that police believe Nagy stole the gun from a Fryeburg home on Nov. 17, three days after she pleaded guilty in Oxford County Superior Court to stealing her mother’s credit card. Nagy had pleaded to misuse of identification, theft and negotiating a useless instrument charges. She is set to begin her 60-day sentence on Jan. 3. She was given time before the sentence to finish a drug counseling program.
All four people were transported to the Oxford County Jail. On Thursday, Judyski was released on $500 cash bail. Murray said Judyski is also facing felony charges in Florida. The other three remained in custody Thursday.

Poor Nagy. She didn’t have a chance to start the Rehab. Seems trouble just follows some people (or she follows it) :(
(Wry sarcasm)
Since she stole the gun, I assume SHE is the trouble that the 3 other follow.
Maybe they are the ones who put her up to that and stealing from her Mama. These people feed off each other.
Maybe she can think on her own?
Maybe she’s the brains of that outfit.
Ooof…the “sarcasm” part of your comment wasn’t there when I replied (or I didn’t see it). Sorry…I thought you were playing the “shes such a sweet innocent girls it must be the guys fault” card. :)
I used that ‘poor thing’ type remark before and got slapped silly for it! I thought my sarcasm was obvious, but learned I have to label it as such. :)
Its not you. Its the dopes here who post crap like that _and mean it_ that makes it confusing.
The Four Fryburg Felons…
These three in their 20s can not even get a job cleaning the toilets at a Home Depot or a Walmart. Or in their 30s,40s,50,60s,70s,80,90s. In and out of jail they will go for a long, very long, time.
Where do all these winners come from? :
My theory is they were once welfare babies. Their mother as a teen got knocked up to go on welfare to get 18 years of FREE,FREE,FREE, housing, food, phones, cable, everything. At 18,19 years old the teen welfare babies are no longer paying the rent and housing, so the mother kicks them out of the house, So the 20year-old somethings become lost souls.. Kinda sad for these 20 year old-somethings
The State is now full of these once welfare babies, now 20 year old-something lost lives, running amuck with drugs and crimes.
They should all just be put to sleep. Useless leeches on society for years
to come.
