AUGUSTA, Maine — Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard has announced the promotion to the designated rank for this Maine Army National Guard member:
Kevan Villarreal , private 2 , Limestone, Assault Battalion, 224TH AV (S&S) (UH-72A).
The promotion to rank was in November 2012.
