CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine — Police have charged a 14-year-old boy with gross sexual assault, a Class A offense.
The teenager allegedly sexually assaulted another minor under 12 years old. He was arrested and has been turned over to juvenile corrections, where he is in custody, police Capt. Brent Sinclair said Wednesday.
Sinclair said police are not releasing any more information at this time, including where or when the alleged assault took place.
A court hearing for the boy is set for Jan. 10, according to the Police Department log.
Class A crimes are the most serious of offenses. Convictions can lead to sentences of up to 30 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.

As with the Rockland man accused for raping a woman who was passed out: Castration would be effective.
On a 14 year old boy?! You are warped.
