WALDO, Maine — A local man was charged this week with unlawful sexual touching.
Thomas A. Thomas II, 37, of Waldo, was arrested Thursday after a Waldo County Sheriff’s Office detective investigated an allegation that the man had inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl, Chief Deputy Jeff Trafton said Friday.
Thomas was issued a summons on the Class D misdemeanor offense and also was charged with violating his conditions of release from a prior offense.
