LEE – Richard Clark Tozier III, 37, also known as Rick or Ricky, passed away April 9, 2013, at his home in Lee. Richard was born Sept. 23, 1975, in Limestone, the son of Richard C. Tozier II and Susan R. (Branch) Tozier.
Richard is survived by his loving children; first born daughter, Morgan M. Tozier and her mother, Michelle C. Parsons, both of Millinocket; stepdaughter, Gwen B. Parsons, daughter, Teagan N. Tozier and only son, Taryn W. Tozier, all children of Jennifer R. Ben, all of Bridgewater; stepdaughter, Mia J. Pelkey and youngest daughter, Bella J. Pelkey-Tozier, both children of Richard’s last love, Justina M. Pelkey, all of Lincoln; mother, Susan R. Bartlett and stepfather, Andrew D. Bartlett, both of Lee; father, Richard C. Tozier II and stepmother, Jennifer L. Tozier, both of Sedgewick; sisters, Veronica L. Tozier, Bianca R. Tozier and Alexis M. Tozier, all of Sedgewick.
Richard loved living the Maine life. Every thing important to Richard was his family, above all, his children. His babies loved him more than anything.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. April 28, at Madagascal Pond. The camp is located two camps on the right before the beach. Balloons and fliers will show you the way in. In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting donations to send to Penobscot Valley Humane Society. Richard volunteered there to better the lives of the animals, which he loved.
