GLENBURN – Charlotte “Judy” Andrews, 85, joined her husband of 65 years, Frank, May 5, 2013, after a brief stay in the hospital. He predeceased her Dec. 18, 2012. She was born Jan. 1, 1928, in Bangor, the daughter of Raymond and Louise (Gallager) Arnold.
Charlotte was employed for many years with the Bangor school department and together with her husband, Frank, owned and operated Double AA Landing, Glenburn. Charlotte was a member of Eagles Club, Brewer, where she loved to play beano. She enjoyed sitting on her porch in the sun, playing cards and spending time with her family.
Surviving is six children, Linda Wallner and husband, Wally, of Phenix City, Ala., RaeJean Womack and husband, Tom “Jack,” of Sumter, S.C., Brenda Andrews of Bangor, Frank R. Andrews of Glenburn, Kelley Maris and husband, George, of Panama City, Fla., John Andrews and wife, April, of Glenburn; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Arthur, Richard and Raymond Jr.
Private services and interment will be held.
