BRADLEY – James “Scotty” S. Murray passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013, after a lengthy illness. James was born Sept. 26, 1940, in Musselburgh, Scotland.
James was in the U.S. Air Force and worked for various places in New York City and at a local paper mill in Old Town.
Jim is survived by his wife, Cheryl; son, Jim and Sally; son, Sean and Karol; daughter, Sharon; grandchildren, Annah and Tim, John and Gabby and Sarah, Melissa and Sam; great-grandchildren, Briannah, Scott, Logan and Joseph; stepmother, Flora; sister, Linda; brothers, William and Leland, and their families. He was predeceased by his father, Bill; his mum, Rachel; sister, Moira; and daughter, Destiny Lynn.
No service will be done in Maine. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or a charity of your choice. His remains will be with his mum, his daughter and in his beloved Scotland.
