FRANKLIN – The family of John H. Cassidy III, with deepest regret, announces the passing of John “Jack,” May 8, 2013. He was the son of John H. Cassidy Jr. and Helene J. Cassidy. Jack was 55 years young.
He was a 1976 graduate of John Bapst High School, Bangor, and also of broadcasting school where he worked for the radio at Husson College.
Jack is survived by his sister, Catherine Bouch; niece, Melinda Bouch; nephew, David R. Bouch Jr.; and great-nieces, Alexis and Ellianna of Charleston, S.C. Jack’s family wishes to thank Community Health and Counseling’s hospice team; Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County; and the Mountain Vista boarding home in Franklin, where all caring nurses and friends surrounded him during his passing. Thanks also to Fairmount Boarding Home, Dream Foundation, friends and family.
A memorial service will take place 2 p.m. May 29 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor. Arrangements are under the care of Direct Cremation of Maine, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
