LUBEC – Lillian Louise (MacIlroy) Kelsey Brown passed away peacefully June 17, 2013, at the home of her daughter, as were her wishes. Lillian was born May 8, 1934, on Campobello Island.
She left behind her children, Lynne Kelsey-Smith, Bruce Kelsey and wife, Ruth, and Robin Kelsey Jr.
A service was held June 20.
