PRESQUE ISLE – Patricia Ann Buchanan, 81, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday evening, Aug. 21, 2013, at The Aroostook Medical Center, Presque Isle. She was born Sept. 22, 1931, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Earl and Madalyn (Rediker) Buchanan.
Patricia worked as a switch board operator for more than 30 years at The Aroostook Medical Center and was a faithful member of the State Street Baptist Church for many years.
She is survived by her brother, Philip Buchanan and his wife, Barbara, of Presque Isle; two sisters, Dolores Raymond of Presque Isle and Marilyn Tardie of Mapleton; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie Bishop.
Friends may call 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. with Pastor Buck Booker officiating. Interment will follow the services at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. A reception will follow the Interment at Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
