PHOENIX – Paul Dean Benn, 85, passed away Aug. 19, 2013, in Bangor. He was born May 20, 1928, in Houlton, a son of the late Chauncey and Pearl Benn.
Paul was a Navy Veteran and retired from Delta Airlines after serving with them for 40 years. Paul received his bachelors degree in History from Ricker College. He was an avid outdoorsmen who loved to hunt and fish.
He was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Greta Ann Ruttenbur Benn.
Paul is survived by his sons, Christan Benn of Ramsey, Ind., and Timothy Benn of Tempe, Ariz; three grandchildren, Casey Benn, Caitlyn Benn and Conner Benn; and his 95 year old sister, Geraldine Duplichen of Houlton.
Arrangements are under the care of Direct Cremation of Maine, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
